Instructions to connect to a visit

1. Download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app
   • For iPhone: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/zoom-cloud-meetings/id546505307
   • For Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=us.zoom.videomeetings&hl=en_US
2. Click on the Zoom app icon
3. Tap on “Join Meeting”
4. Type in the “Meeting ID” that you provided to you by the office. If you lost the ID number please call us at 714-870-5970.
5. You will enter the waiting room. The physician will start the visit when ready.
