Billing & Insurance

We participate with most local and many national insurance plans. However it is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see, or the services you can receive.

If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.

Please contact our billing office or call your insurance carrier should you have questions.

COVID-19 NOTICE

If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms, please make sure to contact us via phone prior to your appointment. You may also contact us for any additional questions by calling our office at 714-870-5970.

We’re asking that family members not accompany patients unless necessary for mobility issues or because of dementia. Patients who arrive too early will be asked to wait in their car until we can accommodate them in the office. Everyone must wear a mask or face covering at all times. We will take everyone’s temperature.

Telehealth/Telemedicine Services

In order to provide uninterrupted care to our patients throughout the COVID-19 crisis, we have opted to participate in CMS’ allowed Telehealth/Telemedicine Services. In the absence of definitive guidance, we have taken the position that if a patient contacts the office to schedule an appointment, we will offer a telemedicine appointment using FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Zoom.

Please send our office the completed Consent to Use Telemedicine form to schedule an appointment.
