I had the Rezum procedure January 23, 2023 by Dr Gazzaniga. The procedure went well, albeit with some mild to moderate discomfort that stayed well within my tolerance. Mild to moderate post-op pain was completely resolved with Tylenol over the following 24 hours. I required no pain medication thereafter. When I removed the temporary catheter on the 4th day I was very happy to see my urine stream had already improved quite a bit, albeit with some pain, again well within my tolerance. I saw some blood in my urine and seepage over a 3-week period, that quickly tapered off and stopped by week 4. My urine flow gradually and steadily improved over the following 3 month post-op period. Dr Gazzaniga was able to take me off my meds at my 4-month follow-up appointment. The Rezum procedure worked well for me. Thank you, Dr. Don P.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gazzaniga for some years. Recently I underwent an "Aquablation" procedure performed by Dr. Gazzaniga. It required an overnight hospital stay, but the result was a return to normalcy. Though the first few weeks of recovery were what I would call slightly uncomfortable, the result of this procedure was remarkable and I only wish it were available some years ago.

Dr. Gazzaniga (Dr. G.) is the best Urologist period. No need to look any farther. He is detailed but at the same time communicates with you like he’s your best Bud. Very professional from booking appts. to surgery. The staff is great. Most importantly he listens and guides you through his recommended course of action. Has two locations in Orange County to serve you.
