Telehealth Services
In order to provide uninterrupted care to our patients throughout the COVID-19 crisis, we have opted to participate in CMS’ allowed Telehealth/Telemedicine Services.
In the absence of definitive guidance, we have taken the position that if a patient contacts the office to schedule an appointment, we will offer a telemedicine appointment using FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Zoom.
Please send our office the completed Consent to Use Telemedicine form to schedule an appointment.
