Harjivan S. Kohli, MD

Dr. Harjivan Kohli is a board-eligible urologist with Southland Urology. He graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors from the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine and completed his training in urologic surgery at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, one of the nation’s top training programs. He is a native of Southern California and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Kohli is known for his compassionate approach to patient care, taking the time to listen to his patients’ concerns and tailor treatment plans to meet their individual needs. He is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in urology to provide his patients with the best possible outcomes.

He has extensive experience in all areas of urology. His proficiency spans a wide range of conditions, including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) procedures such as Urolift, Rezum, bipolar transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP), laser enucleation (HoLEP), Aquablation, and robotic simple prostatectomy.

Dr. Kohli also offers comprehensive management of kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, genitourinary cancers (prostate, kidney, bladder, and testicular), overactive bladder, and urinary incontinence. His expertise includes minimally invasive surgical techniques, including robotics and advanced endoscopy, to ensure his patients receive the most effective and least invasive treatment options available. Additionally, Dr. Kohli’s skill set extends to reconstructive urology and prosthetics.
